Refunds & Returns
Our Refund policy lasts 14 days. If it is over 14 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
However, there is certain situations where a partial refund or exchange is considered.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for International orders, if for some reason you receive a faulty item or need a replacement we are happy to exchange, please email us to do so.

Once your item is received by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify of its eligibility of a refund. If approved then your refund will be processed back onto your method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received your refund, before contacting us please first check your bank account again and contact your bank as sometimes it may take some time before your refund is officially lodged into your Bank Account / Paypal after we have issued it . There is often a processing time before a refund is posted which we have no control of.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs as our shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
